excellent stay , minor hiccup
clean apartment good furniture ideal location helpful staff
the apartment was spotlessly clean. it was also well furnished. the hotel location allowed easy access to desired attractions. the staff members were friendly and helpful , enhancing our visit.
the parking garage access proved challenging , especially for larger vehicles. this situation caused some inconvenience.

the one-bedroom suite featured a separate living area with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. the bedroom included a king-size bed and ample closet space. there were two tvs with access to multiple channels.

the front desk offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. staff provided quick assistance with directions to nearby attractions. the concierge arranged transportation.

spacious suite and great location
helpful staff lovely kitchen beautiful view laundry machines
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. the room had a lovely little kitchen. It had everything i needed to prepare meals. the balcony offered beautiful views at night. i appreciated that laundry machines were available for a small fee.
The elevators were tiny, so it was often crowded. Everyone was trying to use them at all times of day.

the location is excellent with many restaurants, shops, and theatres. saint laurent, saint denis, and saint catherine streets are within walking distance, offering many options for dining and entertainment and all within an easy stroll.

the breakfast was better than average and offered a good start to the day. there was some fruit too. it's so convenient to have breakfast available at the hotel, so i didn't have to search for a place in the morning.
